Our retail services team, totaling more than 300 people, brings together shopping centre professionals with experience in all aspects of the industry.

Investment and acquisition

We specialize in working with clients to identify retail investments. Involving acquisition of all types of retail assets, we capitalize on strategic partnerships.

These same resources are brought to bear when it becomes time to dispose of assets from a portfolio. In recent years, we have assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets valued in excess of $750 million.

Development and repositioning

Our capabilities range from situation analysis and strategy development right through design and construction to planning of leasing and merchandise mix programs and ongoing operational and marketing programs.

Retail leasing

Our retail leasing group is one of the few dedicated national retail leasing teams in the country.

Established relationships with national and regional tenants provide a decided competitive advantage for our clients. With a national network of retail leasing specialists at their disposal, clients benefit from our in-depth knowledge of regional markets across Canada. Our leasing specialists work closely with property managers and each centre's marketing team to ensure an ongoing understanding of local market characteristics and conditions.

Marketing

Our marketing efforts have received recognition through the International Council of Shopping Centers' Maple Leaf Awards and internationally with the MAXI Awards. Many of our advertising campaigns have generated winning programmes, recognized by the Retail Advertising Council.
