Bentall Capital is a new organization, but one with a proud heritage in real estate management and leasing. Bentall teams of today benefit from over 40 years experience in providing real estate property services.

Throughout Bentall's history, we have followed a growth path in management and leasing, in both geographic and product terms, across Canada and in the United States. Corporate acquisitions of Penreal Capital and Pioneer Equities now renamed Bentall Investment Management and Bentall Retail Services respectively brought significant additional operations and experience. Bentall Investment Management's extensive portfolio and staff across Canada, together with Bentall Retail Services' retail expertise, have vaulted Bentall to the front ranks of property service firms in North America. Recent acquisitions, such as Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group Inc. in 2002, and Sun life Financial's property management and leasing business in Canada, as well as Services Immobiliers Valor in Quebec in 2004 have added significantly to our portfolio.

In each of our major markets, we employ the most creative and talented management and leasing specialists to serve our client portfolios. We have over 40 property managers, 20 leasing specialists and over 50 trained accountants dedicated to our real estate service teams. These professionals direct our property service staff on a daily basis and are supervised in each region by a highly regarded management team.
