signed. In fact, with our ClikFIX system, specific service commitments (like
time to resolution) are hard wired into the organization from day one. At the

Not only does ClikFIX remember specific service deadlines for
each unique tenant, it communicates them to service providers and monitors
performance against deadline every single time a tenant makes a service
