About the development
Located in the central business district of Bellevue, Bentall’s three-acre Summit site is zoned to accommodate up to approximately 800,000 square feet of office space. This site currently holds a 68,000 square foot office building constructed in 1970, referred to as Summit Ridge, a 283,000 square foot office tower completed in 2002 and a 241,000 square foot office tower completed in 2005. This property is 100% committed to Puget Sound Energy. A third building to replace the existing Summit Ridge is being explored for construction in the near future. This can be re-developed with a third and final tower of approximately 333,000 square feet in 15 stories.
