About the development
Livingston Place is a premier “AA” office development in downtown Calgary, which, when completed, will consist of two office towers clad in granite and glass overlooking the Eau Claire district and the Bow River Valley. Construction of the South Tower is scheduled to commence spring 2005 and will include a 21-storey, 440,000 square foot office building, a 500 stall parkade and two public plazas.
The South Tower will be completed in mid-2007.
