Gary Whitelaw
President and Chief Executive Officer
Gary joined Bentall Investment Management as President and Chief Executive Officer in 1998. In January 2002 he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Bentall Capital. In this capacity he leads Bentall Capital and its operating subsidiaries, Bentall Investment Management, Bentall Real Estate Services, Bentall Retail Services and Bentall Capital (U.S.) Inc. Prior to joining Bentall, Gary was Vice President and COO of Nexacor, Bell Canada’s real estate division, which managed a 25 million square foot portfolio for numerous BCE group companies. Preceding Nexacor, Gary was Executive Vice President of Gentra Inc., (a Canadian public real estate corporation listed on the TSX) where he was responsible for the management of Gentra’s real estate group. Gary spent the 8 years prior to Gentra running various entities within the Mollenhauer Group of Companies, a mid-sized construction and development company active in Canada and the United States. Gary has a professional degree in architecture from McGill University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Gary is currently a Director of RealPac - Real Property Association of Canada and was previously a Director of NAREIM (National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers).

Gary Carpenter
Executive Vice President, Seattle Operations
Before assuming his present position,
Gary was Chief Operating Officer for the US division of Bentall Corporation in
Seattle, Washington. He came to the company in 1997 from CB Commercial, where
he was the Executive Managing Officer and Senior Vice President for their
commercial real estate group in the Pacific Northwest from 1994 to 1997. Gary
has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, including
development, property management and financing. He was President of Prescott,
Inc., where he and his partner developed over 2.5 million square feet of office
space in downtown Seattle.

Tony Astles
Executive Vice President, British Columbia
Tony is responsible for Bentall's real estate services operations (operations, leasing and development) in BC. Prior to this, he was Vice President and Manager of the office and retail leasing groups at Royal LePage Commercial in Vancouver. During his tenure with the company, Tony and his team have developed almost 2 million square feet of property in the Metropolitan Vancouver area. A prominent figure in Vancouver real estate circles, Tony is a past president of the NAIOP Vancouver chapter, and a past Executive Director of the Vancouver Economic Development Commission.

David Barry
Executive Vice President
David came to
Bentall Investment Management in August 2000 and has over twenty years
experience in the Canadian real estate investment community. Before joining
Bentall he was with RT Realty Advisors as Vice President Real Estate Investment
where, over almost ten years, he played a leading role in business development,
acquisition, leasing, development and asset management. Previous to this he was
a development manager with The Prudential Insurance Company of America. David
has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and an MBA from the
University of Western Ontario.

Mario Bédard
Senior Vice President, Quebec
Mario is responsible for Bentall Real Estate Services for the province of Quebec and the Maritimes. He joined Bentall in June 2004 to head up our new Montreal office. Mario's initial career focused on the financial side of real estate, including the role of Chief Financial Officer for SDM — the City Of Montreal real estate agency. Along the way, he started his own company, Groupe Immobilier Valor, and realised one of the greatest Montreal real estate projects of the last 20 years, Cité Multimédia (1.4 million square feet). Mario has a B.A. in Business Administration from Laval University and is also a C.A..

Andy Clydesdale
President and Chief Operating Officer, Bentall Retail Services
Andy has responsibility for all aspects of Bentall Capital’s national retail portfolio. Under his leadership, Bentall Retail manage and lease over 13M sq.ft. of retail space nationwide, representing 65 shopping centres. Bentall Retail are considered one of Canada’s premiere “value-add” managers negotiating over 400 lease transactions (1 million square feet) annually, with 180 dedicated retail employees. Andy is a well respected and recognized industry leader and retail expert with 24 years experience in acquiring, developing, re-developing and managing all retail formats including, power centres, community strips, regional malls, mixed-use retail and Greenfield development. Andy has a BSC (Geophysics) from the University of Alberta.

Remco Daal
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (Canadian Operations), Bentall Capital LP
As Chief Operating Officer of Bentall’s Canadian operations, Remco heads Bentall’s office, industrial and retail real estate services businesses, as well as the team that provides portfolio management services to Bentall’s largest separate account pension fund client, bcIMC. Based in Vancouver, Remco has been with Bentall since May 2000 when he joined Bentall Investment Management as Vice President, Portfolio Management. Prior to joining Bentall, Remco was with CIBC Development Corporation and a private Toronto based development company. Remco has an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo and an MBA from European University in Antwerp, Belgium.

Michael Dobrijevic
Senior Vice President, Development & Leasing
Michael is Senior Vice President, Development and Leasing at Bentall Retail Services, overseeing all of Bentall's retail assets. He joined Bentall in 1999, bringing over 20 years of retail expertise gained with some of the leading real estate companies in the country. Before joining Bentall, Michael was Director of Leasing at Riocan Real Estate Investment Trust where he initiated their in-house leasing department and oversaw their entire portfolio. He has also worked at Silcorp, O&Y Properties, Counsel Management and Landawn Shopping Centres.

Eric Garay
Senior Vice President, Taxation
Eric joined Bentall in 1995 and is now involved with taxation and strategic planning activities. Prior to these responsibilities,
he was in charge of the tax planning, structuring and compliance of Bentall Corporation's
real estate ownership in both Canada and the U.S. starting when Bentall was a private,
family owned company, through a public offering process listing the shares for trading
on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1997, back to a private company in 2001. Eric is a
Chartered Accountant who obtained his training with Arthur Andersen in Vancouver after
receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.

Cheryl Gray
Senior Vice-President, National Real Estate Services
Cheryl joined Bentall in 2000 to lead the property management services team in Eastern Canada. Today she directs Bentall’s National Real Estate Services (NRES) department which provides strategic support to the corporation’s real estate services in Canada and the United States. NRES is responsible for corporate and operational risk management; environmental programs and policies; property management best practices; and national contracting. Cheryl has over 28 years of real estate management experience having worked with major Canadian real estate firms in office, industrial, retail and residential property portfolios. She holds a Certified Property Manager designation; is a past member of the BOMA Canada National Advisory Council; a past National Board member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada; past chair of the Institute of Real Estate Management Canada Council, and is currently a 3rd year level student with the University of Waterloo working towards a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics.

Chris Lawrence
Senior Vice-President, Acquisitions & Sales
Prior to joining Bentall in 2004, Chris held various senior management positions at Oxford Properties Group where his responsibilities included large portfolio transactions, overall responsibility for Oxford’s industrial and suburban management platform and various service businesses including the construction, parking, national procurement and 310 Maxx customer service divisions. Prior to Oxford, Chris was Vice President Investments at RioCan REIT and held that position from RioCan’s IPO in 1992 until joining Oxford in 1997. Prior to joining RioCan, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Morguard Investments, Counsel Property Corp. and Laventhol & Horwath Management Consultants.

Malcolm Leitch
Chief Operating Officer, Investment Management
Malcolm is responsible for the overall operations of the Investment Management Group and has direct responsibility for the performance of all of Bentall's core pooled funds and most of its separate accounts. He joined Bentall Investment Management (formerly Penreal Capital Management) in 1987 after spending 8 years at Coopers & Lybrand in Vancouver and London, England where he obtained his CA designation. Malcolm has a BCom (1979) from UBC, is a director of the Institute of Canadian Real Estate Investment Managers and is a frequent speaker at industry related functions.

Christine Lundvall
Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager
Christine came to Bentall Investment Management in September 1998 and has over
twenty years experience in the Canadian real estate investment community. Before
joining Bentall she was with RT Realty Advisors as Vice President, Asset Management
where she played a leading role in the asset management, leasing and disposition
of a geographically diversified portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties.
Previous to this she was an asset manger with First City RealFund. Christine has a
Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from
Dalhousie University.

Diane MacDiarmid
Executive Vice President, Corporate Resources
Diane is Executive Vice President, Corporate Resources with Bentall Capital LP, a position she has held since 2004. In this capacity, Diane is responsible for Human Resources at Bentall.
Prior to joining Bentall, Diane was President of Mercer Delta Consulting Canada and before that she was a Vice President with Mercer Management Consulting. In her consulting career, Diane worked with the senior leadership of companies across North America addressing issues of strategy, organization and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to her sixteen year consulting career with Mercer, Diane held positions with the Bank of Montreal and Gulf Canada.
Diane has an MBA from the Schulich School and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University.

Randy Magnussen
Executive Vice President
Randy is responsible for real estate services (operations, leasing, and development) for Bentall’s Western Region, which consists of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. He has over 25 year’s management experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Randy came to Bentall in 2002 with the acquisition of Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group, a firm he joined in 1990. Prior to that he was with Genstar Homes in a variety of roles including Vice President, Marketing for Genstar's five operating companies in Canada and the US. Randy also worked for Campeau Corporation as Group Manager for Property Management in Western Canada.

John McFadden
Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager
John joined Bentall Capital in June 2002 and is responsible for the investment performance of the eastern Canadian assets of many of the pooled funds and separate accounts, in addition to the portfolio management of several separate accounts. He has over 27 years of experience in the Canadian real estate investment community. Before joining Bentall, John was with Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group as Executive Vice President where, over 14 years, he played a primary role in business development, acquisitions and asset management. Prior to Beutel Goodman, John was in various leasing, property management and asset management roles with Aetna Canada and Morguard Investments.

John McKinlay
Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions
As Senior Vice President Acquisitions & Dispositions, John has shared responsibility for all asset classes in Eastern Canada as well as certain specified acquisitions nationally. He joined Bentall in 2003 and, prior to that, was Vice President and Co-Head of General Electric Capital’s Real Estate Asset Management Group. In this role, he was directly responsible for $700MM in asset transactions and a hotel portfolio in excess of $1B, while jointly managing the professionals in Asset Management. His experience prior to GE encompassed a variety of roles for a retail and multi-family development company and a cross border real estate private placement and securitization firm. John holds the following degrees: J.D. (Doctorate in Law), M.B.A. & B.A.

Don McLean
Senior Vice President, Sun Life Portfolio Manager
Don joined Bentall in 2004 and carries the national responsibility for the performance of the Sun Life Financial account on behalf of the company. A career spanning 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, Don has held senior roles in leasing, development, operations and asset management with companies such as Marathon Realty, OY Enterprise, Borealis Capital and at Oxford Properties where he was Vice President, Toronto Office Properties before joining Bentall. Don holds an honours B. Sc. from the University of Waterloo and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Canada Green Building Council and NAIOP Toronto.

Lawrence Neilson
Chief Financial Officer
Lawrence's real
estate career began in 1988 with Laing Property Corporation. He joined Bentall
Investment Management (formerly Penreal Capital Management) in August 1991 and
held various accounting, finance and administrative roles ranging from
Controller in 1991 to CFO in 2002. Upon the formation of Bentall Capital
Lawrence assumed additional responsibility as Senior Vice President, Finance of
Bentall Real Estate Services and Bentall Retail Services and in 2003 he was
appointed CFO of Bentall Capital and all its subsidiaries and affiliated entities.

Wayne Popowich
Senior Vice President, Shopping Centres West
Wayne is responsible for overseeing Bentall Retail operations and leasing in Western Canada and has over 22 years experience in retail real estate. He joined Bentall in 2001 after spending 17 years in retail brokerage in Western Canada. Prior to joining Bentall, Wayne was president and managing partner of Westmark Commercial Real Estate Group, a very successful Vancouver real estate brokerage company. Previous to that, he was president and partner of Pioneer Pacific Realty Inc. the British Columbia arm of Pioneer Property Group. Wayne has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC and is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. |

Doug Reid
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management
Doug’s primary responsibility is to manage the investment performance of the western Canadian and Pacific Northwest assets for one of Bentall's most significant clients. Since joining the company in 1995, he has held a number of positions within the finance group relating to acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, treasury management and financial reporting. Prior to joining Bentall, Doug held various financial positions with both private and publicly traded real estate companies. He is a member of the Certified General Accountants' Association of Canada.

Stuart Wanlin
Executive Vice President, Eastern Region
Stuart is responsible for Bentall's office & industrial property management, leasing and development services business in eastern Canada with offices in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. At Bentall he is a member of the Executive, Services and IT Steering Committees. He joined the company in April 1999 with over 10 years in senior leasing and corporate management roles at Oxford Properties Group and Cadillac Fairview and 5 years large account experience with IBM. Stuart is a member of SIOR and NAOIP in Toronto and a recent Chairman of the Ottawa Real Estate Forum.

Paul
Zemla
Chief Investment Officer
Prior to assuming
his current role with overall responsibility for Bentall Capital's acquisitions
and dispositions, Paul was Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Sales and
has been with the company since 1998. He came to the company from Nexacor, Bell
Canada's real estate arm, where he was Vice President, Transaction Group, and
was responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions and leasing for the company.
Before Nexacor, Paul was Director, Corporate Development for Bramalea Inc. and
formed part of a small team with direct responsibility for the disposition of
nearly $2 Billion of real estate assets during the real estate downturn of 1992
to 1995.
